I wish I knew more about selling prints on here,
but thanks for giving me the drive to look into it.
Still, I'd rather give my stuff away (as usual)
if it really means something to someone. :tribute:
Glad you liked it.

Wowee... I dig the colors! Looks like gold leaf. Really exquisite.

I guess if I intend to sell anything, REAL gold leaf might make it a worthy purchase. :)

I think real gold leaf (where you glue on those sheets of it) is very cool... though I think that sounds hard to do.

Yeah. and I'm one of those lazy artists who research these kinds of things
so much, I'm no longer learning - I'm just dodging the project. :lmao:
BUT if I keep screwing it up but don't GIVE up,
the outcome could be so amazing. :plotting:

Ah, lazy artists! That makes me think of the scene in Sunday in the Park with George where the two domestic workers are discussing artists, and one thinks they do not work hard and the other disagrees. It is interesting how the world views us and how we view ourselves.

That's the joy of living.
Other people's perspective is 80 percent truth...
because you can't change a belief unless its your own.

82 comments.. no I haven't read them all so if I'm repeating stuff others have said.. well great minds and all that :)

I am loving the colours, the vibrancy, and the starkness of fishy.
I see an Icon..
Let me explain
Last year I started work on a series of photos (not on line) The story behind it was set in the post apocalyptic very distant future.
My charachters were all priests for the want of a better word, called Stayers, they were priests of forgotton religions, long dead and gone,
they stole fragments from stories, history and relics unearthed from the ploughed fields.
This is an Icon of the Stayers. Ichthys reborn! With a spikey violence that reflects the dark world in which they live.

YEP!!! absolutely brilliant!

 &

82?! Holy shit. :wow: Didn't notice.
And no,
I don't think anyone else has commented on Archaic priests. ;)

I appreciate this comment like you wouldn't believe.

Makes me want to take this painting and turn it into a Tapestry
or some kind of shimmery ...belt buckle or sash(?) to cinch those holy ropes with.
Thanks for the brain food, Gary!! :iconspazhugplz:
